DRAW MY ORIGINAL CHARACTER

Basically, my OC was born on Gaia Online as an avatar but I want to make her something more. Before I carve out her character myself - I want to see how other deviants who have only just seen her looks would picture her.

So really, you can give her a personality in your work that you feel she would/should have.

The contest begins today 19th of March, 2009
Ends 19th of June, 2009
This way you have a lot of time to enter the contest and finish your entry

This is NOT a writing contest.
You can use the medium you choose. Though please keep it suitable to general audiences.

Third place:
Simple Pixel Image + Journal Feature

Second place:
Journal feature + 2 Simple Pixel Image

First place:
Big Journal feature + News Feature + Big/Complicated Pixel Image or 3 Simple Pixel Images + One YEAR subscription

There must be at least 5 entrants for this to take place.
By entering in this contest you allow me to use your drawing as I please.
Rules, Prizes, etc. subject to change. Except for grand prize 12 month sub of course. ^^
I'll have to ALWAYS give credit to you for the drawing.
You can enter as many times as you wish, but you can win just one time.
Just submit finished works, but if you need to update of course you can.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED:
1. "Can I draw in Anime/Manga Style?" Yes you may.
2. "What is her nationality?" I honestly don't know yet but I'm leaning towards French.
3. "Does your character have to remain wearing the dress or can they have a different dress/clothing?" She can wear different clothing. Just keep her recognizable.
4. "What about animation?" Animations are welcome
5. "What are you judging on?" I will be judging on originality, pose, effort, quality, detail and the use of color or lack there of.
